Lisbon’s 65,000 capacity Estadio da Luz

We are thrilled to be back for our second UEFA Champions League Final this weekend (Saturday 24 May), taking place this year in Lisbon at the Estadio da Luz.

Building on the success of last year’s deployment at Wembley, we will once again provide a suite of innovative RFID solutions designed to make the event even more enjoyable and memorable for guests.

This year’s Champions League final makes cup history with both teams – Real and Atletico Madrid – hailing from the same city.

The 65,000 all-seater Estadio da Luz, home to Portuguese giants and two-time European Cup winners Benfica, opened in 2003, and housed the following year’s European Championships final, where Greece shocked hosts Portugal with a 1-0 win.

The weekend will be a huge one for us, as we will simultaneously be in action in Glasgow at the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend and in Paris for the Roland Garros French Open (from Sunday 25th May to 8th June).
